Do you have a return policy?
No, we don't. If you have a problem with your order you can email us simplyblessedcreationstx@gmail.com

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our turn around time is 1-3 business days. We try our best to get your order shipped out ASAP. Please keep in mind we are a small business, we print everything ourselves. & every order is MADE TO ORDER. 

How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Custom orders take up to 2 weeks to ship. Please make sure you know a time frame before ordering. 

What material is the transfer made out of?
We use a high quality heat transfer vinyl material that is printing, and cut with our commercial eco solvent printer. The material has a semi-gloss finish.

What kind of shirts can I use with HTV Transfers?
You can use any type of material with these transfers. Cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends. 

Can i use any type of color shirt?
Yes! That's the best part about these transfers, you do not have to bleach your shirts for your transfer to show. 

Does my transfer come with masking tape?
Yes! For every 5 transfers you order you will receive a free masking tape. 
If you need any extras, we do charge $1 per sheet which is 12x12. Please email us if you would like us to add extras. 

I need my order ASAP, can you rush it? 

Yes we can. Email us before you order, and let us know you would like your order shipped asap. We do charge a $5 fee. 

My products came damaged, what do i do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of your items being marked "delivered" with a photo of the damaged products and we will discuss our options. 

Do you make custom orders?

Yes we do, please search for "Custom Htv Transfers" read the description before ordering, and email us if you have any questions. If you need a smaller size, or a larger size please message us before ordering to discuss pricing.
